My creations are all made by solely by me, with special attention paid to detail. They are not a mass produced item often seen today masquerading as an artist bear.

The time involved designing and making each bear by hand, limits my bears to just a few each year. However, this is what makes them unique and collectable.

Quality of materials, workmanship and customer satisfaction is a priority for me and over the past decade, Bearly Sane® teddies, critters and companions have earned an international reputation for providing this. 

I am sure you will be more than happy with your adoption, but, in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship, simply email me within 7 days of receiving your bear, then return it in it's original condition for a full* refund.

Please insure the parcel for it's full value, making certain you keep all receipts.

Payment can also be made by Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order, but you will need to email me with your choice of bear.

Although lay away is not available on my auctions I do have this facility on my web site. I fully understand that it is not always possible to find the full payment for one of my creations, so I have two other options from which you may choose.

A: 50% deposit and the balance in or before 30 days.

B: 35% deposit and half the balance in or before 30 days and the remainder in or before 30 days there after.

All lay aways must be completed on time or you may forfeit your payments.

Cancellations are accepted and any payments made after the initial deposit will be refunded, however, INITIAL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

If you wish to lay away a bear or critter, please email me to make arrangements, DO NOT USE THE PAYPAL BUTTON.

Due to the smaller mini designs being launched this year, I found it necessary to reappraise my tush tags and came to the conclusion it was time to make some adjustments.

The larger bears/critters will continue to carry the embroidered cream label with the hot pink and black writing.

Smaller bears/critters will carry the new printed pastel pink label with hot pink writing.

While making these changes I decided to redesign my Certificates of Authenticity in keeping with my website image. As from 19th March 2010, all bears will come complete with a sewn in tush tag and new look Certificate of Authenticity.
